February 20th, 2006,Sometimes, it feels like there just isn’t enough time in the week do to everything I want to do. Tuesdays are already Arnis, although I’ve been missing the self-defense courses for nearly a week now. Still, this seems like a great idea for me to find time to go do, and it’s only once a month. If I actually made it to the Arnis sessions the other three weeks of the month, this seems completely feasible.

Photography Discussion and Critique Group
Bring a few of your recent photographs(this is optional), some of your favorite beverage (also optional) and join one of Chicago’s liveliest and most informative photography discussion groups. Participants are working with a remarkable number of media- 35mm, digital, wide field, 4×5, 8×10, 7×20, pinhole, classic darkroom printing, digital printing and 19th century techniques. This month (Feb 7) we will be bringing in some of the ‘happy accident’ or ‘mistake’ photographs and discussing how we corrected the photo or made the mistake work.
